3.Texture/Patten/Feature

Luxform includes a wide range of textures and patterns from our Natural, Textiles, Metallic, Embossed, Color, Graphic, Dichroic

collections.

*The Luxform system panels utilizing natural products as a decorative interlayers may change in appearance over time. Natural materials are also subject to inherent inconsistency in color, texture and shape.

Each product in the Luxform collection comes standard with both a front and back finish. Additionally, Evowe provides the option of substituting between five standard finishes. In most cases, you can even pick different front and back finishes. Finishes include:

4.PANEL SIZES AND TOLERANCES
 

PANEL SIZES AND TOLERANCES

Luxform panels are offered in 4' x 8' (1.22 m x 2.44 m) and 4' x 9 1/2' (1.2 m x 2.9 m). All dimensions and squareness are subject to a 3/16" (4.7 mm) tolerance.

Luxform is available in gauges from 1/16 inch to 1 inch.
**Add +/- 3/16" (+/-4.7 mm) to the above tolerance for all embossed texture sheets.
Sheet tolerance readings are based on an average of several measure-ments along both long edges of each panel. These measurements are taken 2-3 inches (50-75 mm) from the edges of the panel.

Linear patterns in Luxform panels have a skew tolerance of 1/4" skew over 48". Panels containing a pattern (Capiz, etc.) will not match up from sheet to sheet. If the sheets are intended to match, they should be field cut on-site to a smaller final sheet dimension. HiRes panels will have an alignment tolerance of 1/4" from sheet to sheet.

 

5.Specification
Luxform panels (a polyester-based material), have been indepen-dently tested and meet the criteria for approved interior finishes and light transmitting resin materials as described in the 2009 International Building Code®.

Wall Installations

- You can chose from one of our finishes, change colors of metal, resin and limestone based on your color scheme or mood-board.
 

• Or, we can work together and our Creative Director will put all of his expertise to your service in order to create a unique finish.
• Furniture

• As above, you can come to our workshop, select a finish and send us the carcass ready-made. After a few weeks, the piece will be ready for final fitting at the joinery shop, or ready to be installed at your house.
• - Or, we can work together to a new shape and a new finish which will make your piece totally unique.
• - We can also supply finished pieces of furniture, working together with some of the most appreciated joiners in the UK.

• Use gloves to handle items during installation.

• To protect, use a spray no-wax formula, such as Pledge after cleaning and at least once a week.
• Never use harsh cleaners, abrasives or soft scrub cleaners.
• To avoid water spots, wipe dry immediately.
• Apply a good clear furniture wax one or two times a year.
• Lightly buff with a microfiber cloth to produce a low sheen and warm luster.

• Bronze, Copper and Brass with high polish finishes will begin aging the fastest and will require limited maintenance in order to maintain a shiny appearance, although most people prefer to let the metal age naturally.
• Nickel Silver, Stainless Steel and Aluminum will keep their original appearance simply by applying Pledge-like products.

RESIN FINISHES
First and foremost, do not use abrasives and bleach to clean resin furniture. These include certain all-purpose cleaners like Soft Scrub and Comet, as well as scouring pads. Using abrasive cleaners or scrubbing pads will dull the surface. If this occurs, they will have to be replaced much sooner than originally intended. Also, avoid wax or polishes that contain wax.Most other cleaners, however, work perfectly well. For daily use, be sure to wipe up all spills and leaks immediately with a rag or towels. Chamois cloth is a great option as it's both highly absorbent and gentle to the surface. Mild dish soap, Crystal Simple Green, and most non-abrasive household cleaners are good options for daily cleaning. For weekly or monthly cleaning, to maintain the epoxy resin surface, use mineral oil, or Murphy's Oil conservatively. Too much will cause the surface to dull and become hazy.
High temperature - such as hot dishes or hot cups - can leave ring marks on the surface. This can only be rectified in our workshop in London.
